We truly enjoyed spending 2 nights here. Amazing hotel, the stay was very pleasant, prime location to the main tourist area of Pest. Good sized studio suite was huge.

Absolutely loved the location. It was in the heart of Budapest. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a cozy living room perfect. Fully equipped kitchen added great convenience. Staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the balcony overlooking the courtyard. I had a few issues with the heating. It could've worked better on colder nights. There was some confusion about the key pick-up location, which wasn't very close to the apartment. A good experience despite these few hiccups.

Had a grand time in this spacious apartment, just a hop, skip and a jump from the Parliament. The free wi-fi was mighty handy! Only downside was the heating, could’ve been a bit more reliable on cold nights.

The reasons I'm conflicted

Nestled in a prime location just 10 minutes from St Stephen's Basilica, my spacious apartment was equipped with a full kitchen and balcony! Everything felt cozy and inviting!

Unfortunately, I faced annoying issues like inadequate response times when I needed assistance and a lack of clear instructions on retrieving keys, which dampened the overall experience.

Spacious apartment with great amenities. Fanni at reception was super helpful in recommending places to visit, and we enjoyed the convenience of having cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. The location is perfect, providing easy access to all major attractions.

Great location near the heart of the city, with a balcony to unwind. The super nice team, even got our lost bag back! Great space for families, excellent value.

The staff was honest and courteous, we had a nice stay during our September vacation. We enjoyed the spacious apartment with a sunlight-flooded bedroom. the central location of this opera hotel was a bonus, and the area was good. Being just a 15-minute walk to Oktogon underground was a big plus.
